There is no regular Town Board meeting scheduled tonight for Tuesday, August 23, however the Town Board will meet to approve the payment of bills at 6:30PM at the Town Hall.
We will then reconvene at the Sweden Town Hall with the Sweden Town Board and Village of Brockport Board to hear the budget presentation from Seymour Library at 7PM.
🏛️📢 New York State Assemblyman Steve Hawley will be hosting a Town Hall event here in Clarkson, on August 13th
Tonight’s (7/26) Board meeting will be held at the Town Court Building, not the Town Hall, located at 3655 Lake Road North, held at 6pm this evening.
Tonight’s meeting will have discussion on town-wide water and historical preservation grants.
Update – Experienced difficulties with Wi-Fi at the courthouse – we were not able to stream the meeting. We had moved the meeting due to public attendance and available space
The November 9th Town Board Meeting has been rescheduled to Saturday, November 13 at 9AM.
There will be a brief Town Board meeting Friday, November 5, 2021 at 9am at the Town Hall. The sole purpose is: Fireworks Permit for Deerfield Country Club.
There is no regular Town Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday August 24, however the Town Board will meet that evening with the Town of Sweden and the Village of Brockport to hear Seymour Library’s budget presentation at 7:30 at the Sweden Town Hall. The board will also meet at the Clarkson Town Hall at 7pm for the sole purpose of approving the payment of bills.
Assemblyman Steve Hawley is hosting a Town Hall Meeting for Clarkson and Hamlin at the Hamlin Town Hall on Saturday, June 26th from noon-12:45. Please take a few minutes to listen to Steve discuss and listen to issues that impact us all. More Info
The Town Board will hold a special meeting on Monday, May 17 at 6PM.
The Board will immediately go into executive session to discuss a legal matter.
