NOTICE OF BUDGET WORKSHOP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the members of the Town Board of the Town of Clarkson will hold a budget workshop on Monday, June 1st, 2020 at 6:00 PM.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Clarkson Town Board meeting will be held on May 12, 2020 at 6:00 P.M. Pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1, this will be a virtual meeting via ‘Town of Clarkson’ Facebook live. For the agenda and information on how to join the meeting please visit our website at www.clarksonny.org.
If you wish to speak during the Open Forum portion of this meeting you must email the Town Clerk at townclerk@clarksonny.org or the Town Supervisor at supervisor@clarksonny.org by 4PM Tuesday, May 12. You will need to provide your name, address and phone number.
Because the Town buildings are closed to the public due to COVID-19, the April 14th Town Board Meeting will be held via Zoom and posted on Facebook.
The Clarkson Town Board will have a telephonic special meeting Sunday, March 22 at 5PM to discuss impacts of COVID-19 on town services. Public may join us via conference call. Please dial 1-(717) 275-8940 Access Code: 585 4289.
The Town Board met Monday, March 16 and have canceled all public meetings– Town Board, Planning Board, Conservation Board, etc. until April 14. All buildings and Lodges will be closed. Refunds will be sent to those impacted by lodge closures. The justice court is also closed. The Transfer Station will remain OPEN.
Staff is working on a limited basis in order to maintain service. Each department is monitoring emails, phone calls and performing essential duties.
Unfortunately the Roosevelt Highway water project has paused as we are unable to meet the social distancing recommendations inside the trench and want to keep all employees safe and healthy.
We thank you for your patience during this time. We have a talented and dedicated staff, splitting shifts, working at odd hours and from home to make sure everything goes smoothly. We are blessed!

The Supervisor has called for a Town Board Meeting, Monday March 16 at 5:30PM. The meeting will be held at the Town Hall and will have limited occupancy as directed by the Monroe County Department of Health. Agenda: COVID-19
After the regular meeting on Tuesday, March 10 the Town Board will reconvene at A.D Oliver Middle School Large Group Instruction Room, at 40 Allen Street.
There will be a Public Information Meeting regarding COVID-19 and the greater-Brockport community from 7:30 pm – 9 pm. The presentation will be led by Dr. Michael Mendoza, Monroe County Public Health Commissioner and representatives of The College at Brockport, the Brockport Central School District, the Brockport Fire District, the Towns of Sweden and Clarkson and the Village of Brockport.
The presentation will include up-to-date information regarding COVID-19 in general and the quarantine of SUNY students returning from abroad SUNY Brockport.

2020-OFFICIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE
That the Town Board of the Town of Clarkson shall hold its regular monthly meeting each second and fourth Tuesday at the Clarkson Town Hall, 3710 Lake Road, Clarkson NY, commencing on January 14, 2020 and ending December 8, 2020. Meetings are held at 6 P.M. The Board will not meet on August 25, 2020 or December 22, 2020.
