Town Board Meeting Update

The January 26 Town Board Meeting has been moved to Zoom at 6PM. The public may dial +1 929 205 6099 and the Meeting ID: 935 2104 8955. If you would like to speak at Open Forum please contact the Town Clerk at 585 637-1130 before 4PM. We will need your name, address and phone number.

Agenda includes a brief update on the Comprehensive Plan, payment of bills and approval of last meeting’s minutes.

UPDATE- 9AM – We are back up and running! Thanks for your patience!

8AM – The Town Hall, highway and courthouse buildings are currently without internet, therefore services are limited. We are open and able to accept tax payments unless you are paying with a credit card.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Clarkson will hold their Organizational meeting on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 6:00 PM at the Clarkson Town Hall, 3710 Lake Road, Clarkson, New York.

Town Clerk Susan Henshaw will receive taxes for the Town of Clarkson beginning December 31, 2020 through May 31, 2021 at the Clarkson Town Hall, 3710 Lake Road in the Town of Clarkson.

Hours:
Mondays         8AM – 4PM
Tuesdays         8AM – 6PM
Wednesdays   8AM – 4PM
Thursdays       8AM – 4PM
Fridays             8AM – 4PM
* except holidays

In addition, the following Saturdays in 2021 from 9AM – noon:
January 9, 16, 23, 30, February 6, 13

Checks should be made payable to Susan Henshaw, Tax Collector and brought in person, or mailed to P.O. Box 858, Clarkson NY 14430 or placed in the drop box located just outside of the Town Hall front doors.

Boil Water Advisory is Lifted

The Boil Water Notice issued to customers in portions of the towns of Clarkson and Sweden, Monroe County on November 27, 2020 has been lifted. All laboratory test results collected during the Boil Water Advisory verify that the water quality meets federal and state drinking water quality standards.

We are pleased to announce that it is no longer necessary to boil your water before drinking it.
